In: Higher Education Authority Teaching and Learning Conference 2025, 2025, Dublin.
This case study from Mary Immaculate College (MIC) describes LEAD’s institutional approach to fostering innovation and professional learning through structured practice sharing. Key initiatives include a Teaching & Learning case study series, a UDL Community of Practice, the LEAD Knowledge Base for digital upskilling, and the development of the Graduate and Academic Teaching Enhancement (GATE) Centre. Together, these initiatives support inclusive teaching, digital transformation, and peer learning across the institution. Early indicators show strong engagement with case studies, Knowledge Base consultations, and UDL badge uptake. The project demonstrates how coordinated practice sharing and dedicated infrastructure can sustain professional development and innovative teaching practice.
