This case study outlines Mary Immaculate College’s cross-institutional approach to fostering a culture of academic integrity, led by the Learning Enhancement and Academic Development (LEAD) team in collaboration with MISU, ICT Services, Counselling Services, and Data Compliance. Key initiatives include the development of an Academic Integrity microsite (with dedicated guidance on generative AI), revision of the College’s Academic Integrity Policy, coordinated activities for National Academic Integrity Week, and sustained support for assessment design. Early indicators include strong sectoral engagement in keynote events and increasing staff uptake of assessment redesign supports. The initiative emphasises collaboration, educative responses to misconduct, and embedding academic integrity within teaching, learning, and policy frameworks
