Abstract

The article deals with a project on the use of experiential learning techniques in the study of law at the School of Law and Government at Dublin City University in Ireland for the school year 2008-2009. As part of the project, the undergraduate class of Criminal Law conducted a mock trial in association with a murder charge. Meanwhile, the postgraduate International Law and the Use of Force class conducted an International Court of Justice simulation exercise. Students claimed that they had gained transferable skills.
