Abstract

Four early-career lecturers in engineering, economics, history and law reflect on a reciprocal peer-observation programme at the University of Limerick. They describe observing and reviewing one another’s teaching across disciplinary boundaries and consider the value of the process for their practice. The account offers a model for colleagues considering cross-disciplinary observation and reflective development.
